The entry of the credit card proof number further enhances the security standard for your internet booking. The proof number is a three-digit number (but no relief imprint) on the credit card, which, in contrast to name and card number, is not found on common payment documents. The Mastercard and VISA proof number includes the three last digits of the number in the signature field on the credit cardīs back. |

How do I obtain my tickets?
After a successful booking, the tickets will be shipped to you by mail. About one week previous to the eventīs start, it is not possible for us any more to send out tickets. Instead, you can pick up your tickets at the CHIOīs ticket counter by presenting the booking confirmation or booking code. |

Why do I have to indicate my phone number?
We need your telephone number in case any problems with regard to your booking (f.e. wrong address data) should occur. |

Am I allowed to bring dogs to the CHIO Aachen?
Due to the official veterinary rules, dogs are NOT allowed on the show grounds nor on the cross country course in the Soers. |

How can I pay for the tickets?
Internet bookings can only be paid by credit card (Mastercard, VISA and American Express), bookings by telephone can be paid -until 4 weeks previous to the event- by bank transfer after receipt of invoice. |

Can I reserve wheelchair places through the online ticket shop?
Tickets for wheelchair users can only be ordered at the offices of the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein. |

Which kinds of reduction rates are there?
Reduced tickets are available for pupils and students (up to 28 years of age) on
the days Tuesday to Saturday in the Main Stadium. In prize category 1, there are
no reduced rates available.
Wheelchair tickets can only
be purchased via the ticket office of the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein. |

No, tickets will not be refunded. |

Will lost tickets be replaced?
Lost tickets will not be replaced. |

How secure is a online order?
The booking through our online ticket shop is secured by a "Secure Socket Layer"
(SSL encryption). You can normally identify this encryption by the internet
address which begins with "https://". The "s" is the code for the SSL encryption
of the data, starting directly after visiting the site of the online ticket
shop. |

Is my ticket valid for public transport?
All tickets (not Print@Home Tickets) are valid for your trip to and from the equestrian stadium on all regular
buses and trains of the Aachen traffic network "AVV" (2nd class) on the day for
which your ticket is valid. This does not apply to the "print at home"-tickets and the shuttle buses from and to the parking areas "Grüner Weg" ("Shuttle G"). |

Where do I receive my pick up tickets?
As soon as you arrive on the show grounds please go to the main entrance at the Albert-Servais-Allee or Soerser Weg to one of the available ticket counters. There you will receive your tickets under specification of your name and the invoice number. The ticket counters are open daily from Friday, June 29th until Sunday, July 8th as of 08:00 a.m. |

entry conditions for children
Children (until the age of 6) have free entrance to the show grounds, but are not entitled to a seat. Children who are 7 years or older pay the reduced rate for pupils. For children between 4 and 12 years of age, professional day care is available in the CHIO Roby-Club in the Soerser Winkel. |

Where can I order season tickets and reduced tickets?
Season tickets as well as the reduced tickets for pupils and students can be ordered online. |

How many tickets can I order?
A maximum of 10 tickets per day and costumer may be ordered. For bigger groups, please contact us directly under 0049-241-9171111 or by E-Mail tickets@chioaachen.de. |

Which kinds of tickets can I purchase in the online ticket shop?
In the online ticket shop, you can book day tickets and season tickets for all CHIO events that are open to advance booking. |
