Pre-sale dates, orders and refund

Ticket are available on pre-sale dates from 10 am in the online ticket shop. You can find the pre-sale dates on our homepage FC.de.

As long as the amount per person is not further restricted, you are allowed to order a maximum of 25 seating tickets per game. Tickets for standing spectators, if not specified elsewhere, are restricted to two tickets per person and match.

Tickets for away games are available via the 1. FC Köln Fan-Projekt only
(fans1991.de).

Fans who cannot attend the match can give the tickets to family and friends (our AGB must be taken into account here) or can sell their tickets and receive the full amount of the worth of the ticket. More information can be found on FC-Ticketbörse.

Furthermore, fans who must return their match day tickets can use the FC-Spieltagsbörse (Matchday Portal). It is a secure service usable just before the match. Fans who have one or more tickets left in possession can come to Ticket Office 25 (Southwest corner of the stadium) and return their tickets. While the tickets are examined for authenticity, you will have to fill out a formula. The tickets will then be re-sold by FC employees for the original price to interested parties. The client (you) will then be notified if the tickets are sold, and will be returned the amount of the ticket (10 percent commission will be taken by FC). Note: This procedure is only valid for paper tickets and should only be used in case of emergency shortly before a match.

Discounts

Discounted day-tickets are only valid for the price categories V to VIII. The following groups of persons are eligible for a discounted day-ticket:

  • youths up to 17 years of age
  • students up to 27 years of age
  • retired persons

Disabled fans with over 50 percent disability are provided with a discount in all categories; please note that corresponding evidence must be shown to an official prior to entering the stadium. Children up to 6 years of age are eligible to attend matches free of charge (please see “children’s card” for further information).

The discount can be selected prior to clicking „add to shopping basket“.

Important: On match day, corresponding evidence must be presented to an official by way of photo ID.

If you are in possession of a „Köln-Pass“, you are eligible to get a 50 percent discount on a day-ticket of category VII. Please note that this discount is given to you in the FC-Fanshops and that the pre-sale dates have to be taken into account.

In case you do not need the discount on your day-ticket, you can pay the difference to a normal match day ticket prior to entering the stadium. For this, please go to the “Ticketservice” located in the ticket booths at the entrances to the RheinEnergieSTADION. The ticket booths open two and a half hours before kick-off. Payments can be made only by cash.

Children’s cards

So that even our smallest fans can experience the live atmosphere of an FC home match, children up to 6 years of age are eligible to attend matches free of charge. On match day the children will receive a so-called children’s card from one of the stewards placed at the various entrances to the stadium.

Important: This children’s card does not qualify for an actual seat (so the child will have to sit in the adult’s lap). The card does, however, cover for insurance within the stadium. To receive one of these cards the guardian must present identification proving that the child is below the age of six. The alternative for parents is that they can trust their children to be looked after at the FC-Kinderland. For security reasons, this offer is not valid for evening matches or the standing areas.

Fanareas

The FC-Fanarea is located in the southern part of the stadium.

For away fans, the blocks N6, N15, N16, O11 and half of the block O12 are accessible. Tickets for the guest block can only be booked through the visiting team. In the case that not all tickets are sold, our ticket shops in the North/East section will make these seats available on match day. Take note of the updates from the homepage of the visiting club. The guest ticket booth will open two and a half hours before kick-off.

Important: For safety reasons, away fans are not allowed to access the southern part of the stadium as well as the upper part of the northern terrace (N11 to N14). The security staff is required to refuse access and if necessary expel persons from the stadium.

Seats with obstructed view

We also sell seats with obstructed view that can be booked via the online ticket shop. In most cases, those seats are near block entrances or near each block partitioning.

As the seats in this category are already on a discount, no further discounts are available.

Payment options in the online ticket shop

Available payment options are Giropay and Credit card (Mastercard/VISA). SEPA direct debit is not possible.

Credit card check digit
The usage of the check digit of your credit card provides a higher safety when purchasing your tickets.

For VISA cards, the check digits are the last three digits located in the signature field at the back of the card. For MasterCard, these digits are located right next to the signature field.

Giropay
Paying with Giropay means that you pay for your bookings via your online banking.

Usage of public transport

The public transport validity for match tickets (also valid for the MobileTicket) will go into effect four hours prior to kick-off and up until 3 am of the following day within the VRS network. The Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg (VRS) is a merger of the cities Cologne, Bonn, Leverkusen, and Monheim, as well as the surrounding areas of the Rhein-Erft, Rhein-Sieg, Rhein-Bergischer, Oberbergischer, and Euskirchen. Members of Members of 1. FC Köln and Members of Fan-Projekt (fans1991)as well as already registered Fans use their login details.

Fans, who want to buy tickets for the first time, register with the online ticket shop of FC Köln. Please note that in order to be registered, the registration form have to completed in the correct manner.

Where can I get new login information?

If you have misplaced your login information for the Online-Ticketshop or the OnlineDialog, please click on the “Forgot your password?” function on the fc-tickets.de page. Then please enter your username and e-mail address. You will have your password sent to your e-mail account.

Please note that it may take up to ten minutes until a new password is sent to you.

I forgot my username, what should I do?

If you have also misplaced your username, please write an e-mail to service@fc-koeln.de. Please provide your name, address, birthdate, as well as your membership number.

Your personal FC login

Your personal FC Köln account is accessible after you have registered successfully. In your account, you can manage your data and create a personal password. Furthermore, you have insights in your bookings and orders of the Online-Ticketshop.

Why do I have to quote my phone number?

In case there occur issues with your ticket order, our service team has to reach you via phone. Therefore, please provide us with your correct phone number.

How and when are the ordered tickets delivered?

Ticket orders within Europe are delivered with the German Mail Service. Please note that the delivery of your tickets may take up to ten business days. However, the tickets will be delivered to you before the upcoming match day. The status of your order can be checked in your personal account.

Please note that tickets ordered from outside of Europe are deposited on match days at the “FC-Ticketpoint (TP)?” . The same holds true for orders that have been made shortly before kick-off.

For tickets in the seated areas, we offer mobile/print@home tickets as an alternative; these will be send to your via Email right after you have made your booking.

Do I receive a receipt after booking tickets?

After your booking and the payment was successful, you will receive an email with your receipt and terms & conditions. If you have selected the delivery of mobile/print@home, this email contains as well the before mentioned print at home tickets.

If you have not received an email, please check your spam filter. In some cases, your provider can take up to ten minutes to send you the email.

Where is the FC-Ticketpoint located?

Our “FC-Ticketpoint (TP)?” can be found on the North side of the RheinEnergieSTADION in the Western block of the old Marathon gate (the brown buildings when approaching the stadium from the north end). The office opens two and a half hours prior to match kick-off. Photo identification will be required for those picking up tickets. If someone other than the owner is to pick up the tickets, that person will require an official letter of authority from the actual owner.

I did not receive my tickets, who should I contact?

Mail delivery
The status of your order can be checked in your personal account. If you did not receive your tickets until three days before the match, please reach out via email to our Service Team at service@fc-koeln.de. When doing this, please quote your name and invoice number.service@fc-koeln.de.

Mobile/Print@Home
In case you have not received an email concerning your ticket order, please check your spam filter. In some cases, your provider can take up to ten minutes to send you the email. If you did not receive an email, please contact our Service Team at service@fc-koeln.de.

FC-Ticketbörse for seller

Login

Ticket owners can access the FC-Ticketbörse by logging onto the Online-Ticketshop with their usual log in details. Important: only the account from which the tickets were purchased can be used for the FC-Ticketbörse. Click on my account and start selling your tickets.

How and when is it possible for me to offer tickets in the FC-Ticketbörse?

Please note: only the account from which the tickets were purchased can be used for the FC-Ticketbörse.

As soon as the sales launch for members is started, your tickets for the particular game are listed in your personal account section.

Please actuate the switch to resale the tickets. After you have filled in your bank details, the tickets are available in our Online-Ticketshop, ready to be purchased as a match day ticket.



 As soon as the tickets have been sold, the seller will be informed via email. Please note, that those tickets, which are in the possession of the seller, are not valid anymore from that point on.

The revenue of the ticket disposal will be transferred into the given bank account within 14 days. Furthermore, there exist the possibility to donate a part or the whole amount of your disposal to the. 1. FC Köln charity .

In case the listed tickets have not been sold, the seller will be notified in time before the match day. The ticket remains valid for the game.

The FC-Ticketbörse is accessible up to 24 hours before the particular match day.

How do I withdraw my ticket offer?

As long as the tickets were not reserved or sold, the ticket seller may withdraw the ticket offer. The remains valid for the game.

The ticket seller will be informed via email, if the ticket was sold or not.

Which tickets can be offered?

Match day ticket holder and season holder are eligible to sell their tickets via the FC-Ticketbörse. Please note: only the account from which the tickets were purchased can be used for the FC-Ticketbörse. Otherwise, the tickets will not be listed in the personal account section.

Concerning fan club season tickets, the disposal can be made from the chairperson of the fan club.



Please note that the following tickets cannot be sold via the FC-Ticketbörse:
Away tickets, business seats, complimentary tickets and guest tickets cannot be sold in the FC-Ticketbörse. Tickets that have been purchased via the FC-Ticketbörse cannot be resold again.

For what price do I offer my tickets?

If you have listed your season ticket for a match day in the FC-Ticketbörse, they will be offered for the price of match day tickets.

The amount will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days in case of a successful disposal. Furthermore, there exist the possibility to donate a part or the whole amount of your disposal to the 1. FC Köln charity.

Do I receive a notice in case my tickets have not been sold?

In case your listed tickets have not been sold, you will be notified in time before the match day. The ticket remains valid for the game.

As long as the tickets were not reserved or sold, you may withdraw you ticket offer. The remains valid for the game. You can check the status of your offer in your personal account.

FC-Ticketbörse for buyer

Do I have to pay any fees when ordering tickets?

You will be charged the match day ticket price of the particular fixture plus a service fee of 15 percent of the price.

How is my ticket order delivered?
