What is the maximum number of tickets I can book via the online ticket shop?
You can order a maximum of 10 tickets per order in the online ticket shop.
How can I register as a user?
Customers who are already registered can sign in with their user name and password using the LOGIN Button. New customers can specify their user name and password as part of the booking process.
What is the MY ACCOUNT section on your website?
The MY ACCOUNT section will be available to you once you have signed in successfully. Here you can manage your billing address details and change your personal online ticket shop access data. The booking overview also contains a list of all your previous bookings in the online ticket shop and their status.
Why do I have to provide my phone number?
We need your phone number in case our customer service team need to contact you in the event that unexpected problems arise with your booking (e.g. incorrect address details).
What do I need to do to select a discount?
To select a discount, please click on the Price/Discount selection field and select the relevant discount to which you are entitled. Please note that discounts are granted only upon presentation of evidence of your entitlement. If you would like to choose other seats, please click on SELECT OTHER TICKETS. Confirm your seat selection with IN THE SHOPPING CART.
What do I need to look out for when entering my payment method?
Please select the desired payment type and enter the required details. Please take care to enter your bank or credit card details completely and correctly to ensure that your ticket order is successful. Your account must also be approved for direct debits; savings accounts, for example, cannot be used for this process. Only German bank accounts can be used to make a booking. If the direct debit fails, the bank will charge an additional fee, for which you will be liable.
How secure are bookings via the online ticket shop?
Ticket bookings via our online ticket shop are secured via online SSL-encryption. This can usually be identified via an Internet address starting with “https://”. The “s” indicates that the data are SSL-encrypted as soon as the online ticket shop website is launched.
What do I need to look out for once I’ve entered all my details?
After you have entered all the required details for the booking, please double-check them in the booking overview. If your details are incorrect, you can change the information you have entered previously. If your details are correct, you can finish your booking. To do so, accept the Terms & Conditions (by ticking the relevant box) and then click on BUY.
When and how will I receive a booking confirmation?
On completion of your order you will receive an email with your booking confirmation. After you have booked your tickets, you can also view your invoice in MY ACCOUNT. Please keep your invoice in a safe place in case you have any queries later on.
Can I order tickets by phone?

What are the stadium opening hours?
On Matchday the Olympic stadium opens 90 to 120 minutes before kick-off.

Tickets held at Will Call can be retrieved at the Osttor 2 hours before the game kicks off (ID and invoice number required).
Where are the non-smoker sections located?
Please note that the TEDi-Family-Block is a non-smoking area.
Ticket purchase for away matches.
The ticket sale generally starts 5-6 weeks before each away match. It depends how fast the contingent is available from the host team. You can buy away tickets either at the onlineshop or in our fanshop next to the Hertha BSC office. Normally Hertha BSC members and season ticket holders have a right of first refusal. After the ticket sale has started and not all tickets were sold we offer the remaining tickets at our cash point at Olympic stadium (eastgate) on matchday.

Does the ticket include the use of public transport?
All home tickets include free transport to and from the event with Berlins VBB public transport system (tariff zone Berlin A, B and C).
Please note that only the ticket itself counts as travel ticket. The invoice does not count.
What discounts exist and where can tickets for wheelchair users be ordered?
20% Discount for Pupils, students, OAP, seriously disabled persons and adolescents up to 50% in all sections. Children up to and including 5 years of age have free admission (without the right to claim a seat). For discount tickets an entitlement has to be evidenced, when entering the stadium.
The booking of tickets for children in the TEDi-Family-Block (NON-SMOKER-BLOCK) (section A) and Family-Block (section 1) is possible at Hertha BSC fanshops or via hotline only. Tickets for wheelchair users, seriously disabled and blind people are only available through an advance booking in written form to the Hertha BSC front office (free, as available).
Which tickets can I book at the dayticket online shop?
At the dayticket online shop you can buy every ticket which is for sale at the moment.The DFL announces the date of the matches approximately six (6) weeks before ech match.
VIP-tickets are available via Lagardère Sports: firstname.lastname@example.org; phone: 030-30092837. Season tickets can be purchased either in the season ticket online shop, at the service hotline or at one of Hertha BSC fanshops.
How do I receive my tickets and how much is the service fee?
Generally we offer print@home tickets, mobile tickets, tickets by postal delivery and tickets to pick up at the will-call center. Following delivery methods are offered:
Cost of postal service: 4,00€ respectively 4,50€ if more than five (5) tickets are ordered. After your payment is confirmed the tickets will be sent by registered post. This delivery method is is possible until six (6) days before matchday.
Cost of Mobile Ticket/Ticketdirect: 1,50 € per booking.
Pickup foreign order: 4,00 euro. We will deposit those tickets on the matchday at the Olympiastadion Berlin. The ticket deposit counter is open on the match day from stadium opening (120 minutes before kick-off) until half-time and can be found in front of the east gate entrance on the right hand side. When picking up deposited tickets a valid identification document as well as the booking number is mandatory. In case another person is going to pick up the tickets than the one having done the booking, a written authority is needed. Please arrive as early as possible at the collection.
Please note that changes of the offered delivery method are possible at any time.
When does the delivery of the tickets take place?
The tickets will be delivered within seven (7) working days (Monday-Saturday, without holidays).
To what countrys can the tickets be send?
A postal delivery is only possible in Germany.
Possible methods of payment:
You can conveniently pay the invoice amount by direct debit from your current account. The direct debit authorization is issued solely for this payment transaction.
With giropay you pay directly per online wire transfer. Giropay is available for customers of Sparkassen, Volks- and Raiffeisenbank, direct banks and the Postbank.
Of course we also accept payment with Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
